- Clinical Chemistry: Study the chemical composition of blood and bodily fluids to monitor metabolic functions, organ health, and drug levels.
- Hematology & Blood Transfusion: Master the study of blood cells, coagulation mechanisms, and the highly critical protocols of blood banking and cross-matching.
- Medical Microbiology & Parasitology: Learn to isolate and identify pathogenic bacteria, fungi, viruses, and parasites responsible for infectious diseases.
- Histopathology & Cytology: Explore the preparation and microscopic examination of cellular structures and tissue samples to detect abnormalities such as cancer cells.

Entry & Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission into the Medical Laboratory Science course, prospective candidates must provide:
O’Level Credits: A minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings.
Mandatory Subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Key Notice: Due to the highly precise nature of laboratory analysis, candidates must possess excellent color vision and detail oriented technical aptitude.
